When Kevin Rowland launched HI-TEK Paving Services in 2010, he did so with a single striping machine, a commitment to deliver the best work possible, and a focus on building lasting relationships with his customers. In the intervening years, Kevin’s leadership has been instrumental in the company’s growth, and we have evolved to become a full-service asphalt and concrete paving company. Whether the job calls for repairs, new construction, routine maintenance, or complete parking lot reconstruction, we strive to exceed the customer’s expectations. We treat our clients the way we would want to be treated, providing them with the highest level of customer service while simultaneously delivering a high-quality product. We want every client to have a memorable, positive experience with every project we complete for them.

Kevin is constantly looking for better ways to serve customers and assist our experienced team of employees with their professional development. As the owner of the company, Kevin has always known where the buck stops; he takes the responsibility for anything that does not go according to plan, but he freely shares the credit for the company’s successes with others. In his free time, Kevin enjoys racing dirt track modifieds, building engines, and spending quality time with his family.
